Where are TOMA shoes made?

TOMA shoes are made in Italy, in the footwear district of Parabiago (Milan). The creation of a Made in Italy artisan shoe requires experience and knowledge handed down from generation to generation and involves the completion of different phases and the use of various techniques, each of which ensures the maintenance of the precious characteristics for which TOMA creations are known in the world, both in terms of quality and aesthetics. Can I customize my shoes online?

Yes, on toma.it there is an exclusive personalization service that offers you the possibility to customize your order online. Personalization includes from the choice of color, leather to the printing of your initials.

What is the "Made to Order" service?
Made to Order is a service that offers the customer the ability to customize shoe finishes and details by choosing from a wide range of variants and combinations of colors and materials to create the style that best suits their taste. What is the "Bespoke" service?
The Bespoke service offers the possibility of creating a unique and tailor-made shoe. The shoe will be packaged by the expert hands of our specialized artisans through numerous steps, in order to offer the customer the possibility of wearing a fully customized shoe. How can I take care of my TOMA's?

Regularly following small precautions is essential to preserve the high quality of Toma footwear. For this purpose, specific shoe care tools are needed to clean and preserve your handcrafted footwear in the most appropriate way. For example, inserting a wooden shoe tree into the shoe helps keep the shoe in its regular shape. Can I place an order online?

Yes, our logistics are working in absolute safety, in full compliance with the government indications received. Deliveries are currently regular and guaranteed. Payment for the order will be charged only at the time of actual shipment.

 

Can I make a return?
As indicated in the conditions of sale, the terms of return are 14 days. Our warehouses are working regularly in absolute safety but with slightly reduced staff. The times to process returns and refunds may therefore be longer. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?
All purchases are processed regularly, however, delays in deliveries may occur due to reduced staff in our warehouses. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
